Perhaps a really wonderful video, like Windward Reports by Barats and Beretta, on YouTube and www.burningshorts.com past issues would serve better. From what Windward Reports told me, business shot up the week the video was released.</description>

		<description>I liked the video and the idea behind the campaign. But I too found it too frustrating to listen to the life coach go on and on. A google search on ' Cisco Mobile Unified Communicator' helped me more. 

I hope that they shorten the coach lecture and cut to the chase soon. I felt like I'd have a meltdown at some point..</description>

		<description>I also thought the video was fantastic and followed the link at the end.  I never saw the connection to Cisco.  I agree that image based nav is a cool feature but if they don't promote the product/service within the first 30 to 60 seconds of navigation, they are losing brand opportunities.</description>
