Unfortunately, the video is playing very choppily for me, even on a second viewing. I'm not sure why. I have a broadband connection. I really wanted to hear what Cicero said, but the video was hanging up so badly, I couldn't understand it. Also, even though the video clip is really short, I found myself longing for an option to just view the text because I can skim more quickly than I can listen.
